i debone and cut the meat into quarter size chunks.(MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE ALL THE YELLOW FAT THIS IS WHERE A LOT OF PEOPLE SCREW UP..IT WILL GIVE YOUR MEAT A NASTY TASTE) then i put minced garlic and onions in the pan cook the onions till they are about done then i add the meat brown on all sides. in a crock pot i put some cut up red potatoes a can of corn drained a can of green beans drained a can of mixed vegtiables drained. add 1 quart of canned tomatoes (2 cans of stwed tomatoes will work) don't drain the juice.. add your meat (i don't add the drippings from browning the meat) let it slow cook in the crock pot for about 6hrs... i eat it for supper then breakfast and lunch till its gone..
