Im just getting started in bow fishing and im just about to get a bow reel and arrow(the cheapest I can find) to mount on a compound bow I bought at a garage sale, but I cant find any info on regulations for Illinois. Do I need a permit? Im 15 so I know I dont need a fishing license. Can I fish in any lake/river?
