hey, My neighbor is giving me a 10 or 12 ft flat bottom in good condition, I am just wondering if it will be stable enough for 2 people to shoot off of? I have been on alot of bass boats but never a flat bottom, so I have no idea how stable they are

Hey man me and my buddy shot of a 2 man john boat that was about 6 foot it's one of those plastic ones. He weighs about 350 and i am 290 and we both stand up and shoot and run a trolling motor so u should be fine. It isn't very wide either. Thats all we have though and you know if u ant bowfishing u ant living.
p.s. The weight limit on those things is 375, and 500 with motor gear so we ride about 1 inch from submerging into the water. We have only flipped 2 times ;D

me (230lbs), birdog (290lbs), and our buddy (330lbs) fish out of a 14ft v-bottom w/ 2 people standing on a deck in the front and 1 person on a deck in the back and run it w/ trolling motors. i think 2 people will be perfectly ok in your boat unless you both weigh 500lbs+

Now im prety sure it will be ok because I am 152 lbs and my buddy is 190 lbs, so it will be ok for now
