here is "THE BUTT" fresh off the smoker (4 hour smoke another 4 wrapped in tinfoil with apple juice) extra moist I just stood there cutting chunks and eatting them (I think I ate to much)

Its a good thing I'm full cause that is just mouth watering. Ain't nothing better than slow cooked or slow smoked wild pig.
