Hello, I've been trying to contact someone from the online store. Have left several emails, filled out the "return call" form online and have tried to call. Usually the phone mailbox is full. No one is returning my call! How does someone get in contact with you regarding a recent purchase that was missing parts upon receipt and is not working correctly? I want to return my slingbow. What steps need to be taken? Find it frustrating that no one is available to talk to or will return a call or email!
